idk if you guys caugght this but in the post match interview with goldenboy, aspas and Verno, when goldenboy asked what the process was of joining MIBR was for verno, he said that they all got into a call and Verno basically said that he wanted to join MIBR because he knew that MIBR was already pretty competitive with aspas and he said "I could play on a really good team who I can trust all of them to just KILL!"

I mean let's be honest....we all know what he meant by this. FNS can't clutch anything and he def has can't be trusted to kill in not just critical moments of the game but at any moment in time. Bro needs Mada firing like crazy and S0m to be clutching.

I don't think it was meant to be a shot at FNS because he clearly knew FNS couldn't shoot prior to joining NRG but it was a factor for him now since his options to join a team were probably limited. I do think FNS not being able to frag made Verno play a bit out of character in NRG since he felt like he had to make up for FNS's lack of fragging.

It is criminal to have a player on your team that can't shoot in 2025. We have so many fragging IGLs now that it's completely delusional to be playing as an IGL in this era of valorant and not be able to shoot. Verno and Bonkar probably realized this and didn't mesh well with FNS. Obviously the rest of the team vouched for FNS cause they're closer with him and kicked Bonkar and Verno out.

Facts, I think people misunderstand what we mean when we say you need to be able to frag on IGL. That doesn't mean top fragging every game but at least not being a complete liability in every aim duel which FNS is. I just have zero expectations for NRG, NAVI and FNATIC because their IGLs lack significantly in the fragging department. The only reason it worked for FNATIC in 2023 was the fact they had Leo, Derke, Chronicle, Alfa who are all S Tier players. I'm happy for Verno he got to leave that mess and play with MIBR, still sad Bonkar got kicked but he'll find his way on a team eventually and be okay. NRG fans will still claim FNS is the GOAT igl despite his only international win ever coming in the yay chamber era.

It just seemed to lead credibility to people saying Verno didn't do his homework and is lazy outside the game.

I just want to "Shoot and not put in the time"

FNS had a little interview before yesterdays match and said something to the effect "Its nice to have a full team of people willing to put in the time and think about the game outside of matches"

I like verno and I hope he does well and I personally think FNS is overrated as fuck, but I think its a red flag if hes a player who doesn't put in the time

Then why doesn't FNS put in the time and improve his aim and mechanics? Hardwork is hardwork but it's results that matter at the end of the day and FNS's performance is lackluster compared to the average t3 pro.

I can't wait to see this year fall apart for FNS. Bro thinks he can get a couple of GUYS to just carry him to winning a chip. That's just not how it works in this era of Valorant anymore. He's living in his own bubble where he doesn't realize that he's way too outdated and mechanically out paced by everyone else. Reality is going to hit hard on this dude this year.

When you're on a team with FNS who can't shoot, obviously you want to join a team that does more shooting than strats. Listen, i'm all for the insane strats that FNS cooks, but those strats don't mean anything if at the end of the day, you can't shoot. Strats don't equate to wins if you have poor execution. FNS can't execute well because he's mechanically disabled.
