coaches need pro experience or a high rank?

It's interesting that something was being discussed in the Japanese VALORANT community today. What do you think about it

I mean if i can gave you a example from league of legends , legendary coach of t1 Kkoma the highest elo that he ever recieve is diamond (if im not mistaken) but he win worlds 4 times rn with t1
So for my perspective you dont need coaches with high elo but understand the game fundamental and read the meta very well

isn't really THAT bad tbh, moreso that they haven't proved to beat the top teams (FL and RID) YET.

I think they can beat those top teams in the future (if MRSH decides to keep developing the roster, that is)

They need good rizz game atleast

look at blade in cs, dogshit level player, absolute mastermind as a coach. He was so bad as a player that s1mple, who was his teammate at the time, went on twitter after the game and called him out saying he can't believe players like this can be pros.
