Os patrocinadores pagam a LOUD em REAIS e 1 dólar dá 6 reais. Imagina tu ser um time que ganha em REAL competir com os caras que ganham em dolar. É literalmente impossível competir. A LOUD só conseguiu manter o aspas, less e saadhak mais tempo por causa do carinho com a organização, mas eles saíram quando receberam os contratos milionários da Europa (less, saadhak) e da sentinels (pancada, sacy).
Vou dar um exemplo da LCS (campeonato de league of legends dos estados unidos) que o time da SR contratou o Ceos e ele ganha provavelmente 5x mais que ganhava no Brasil...
Ainda por cima que é insustentável esse cenário de valorant... essa sentinels quase faliu é só ver as matérias que tem na internet.

This is true but what OP said is also true, TH roster wasn't cheap. Bc it was in Euro, so if they wanted to buy a player, would be more expensive than just buying the Brazilian who had a little shine and is very cheap due to REAL inflation.
It's a similar situation as the football scenario.
Brazil lacks talent in roles we truly need abroad (IGL and Flex).
We do have great names today, but most don’t get opportunities either due to age or lack of experience. It’s easy to say changes should be made, but deciding who should be replaced is the real problem. Pancada? Still one of the best in his role. DG? The only one truly performing. Cauan? A great player who lacks a solid system to shine.
Tuyz is just a stepping stone for LukXo, while Vinny is there purely because of the org’s madness—he was never an IGL and has always been a below-average player. The most obvious replacement for him would be Urango, but since he’s very young, Loud doesn’t believe he could handle such a heavy responsibility—and they’re wrong.
I don’t even need to mention HC STK.
2g improved for sure. Good job to them. But Loud was really really bad. Individually dgzin and pancada wer hardcarrying loud and diffed 2g. So how did they still lose 2-0?
Loud macro was just genuinely atrocious. Their own map pick was insulting on defense. No space taking. Passive. Gamble stacking on hits. And thats just some of it.

Brother, vinny is clueless. How he didnt understand the fundamentals of how to play a valorant map and didnt change anything for most the game.... Like bro you call yourself a leader and you just passively watch your team do bad things??? Or you even called them yourself???
Horrible horrible igl performance. Also coach should have intervened much earlier and better.
