the league being easy for them is bad. when they need to make changes it means they dont know whether these changes worked cuz their region is dookie. EDG being in a shit region may mean free qualification but it means when they actaully get to events they are the team in the dark about what works and what doesnt

That's really just the difference between regional and international tournaments. They'll make it to Toronto and Champions just because of the skill disparity between the regions. China is very new and EDG is well ahead of the curve, so I have no doubt they'll make it, but they need to focus more on strategies of other regions in order to compete more effectively against them. Despite all of what I just said, they still did very well at Bangkok, they just fell to the best team in the world and a team that is improving at very fast rate.

they weren't abysmal, EDG played better in those games than any other chinese team would lets be honest. Also china is improving a lot as a league, and although they aren't up to EDG's standards in my opinion, they are much better than they were last year.
