Yeah because it sounds like your testosterone levels are low which is usually attributed to inadequate sleep or low sleep quality.
I think lips are just genetic tho. But it might help with facial hair growth.
Patchiness usually doesnt matter for a stubble, and clean shaven or a having a stubble is ideal for most faces
