2023 - team fell apart after vct americas and was destroyed before champs

2024 - demon1 and marved literally did not try

2025 - something's up with verno / i don't even know what happened with bonkar

what the fuck is it with this org that just facilitates bad chem and players to fall out with one another

Prob just a pattern in hiring and mangment style. A lot of coaches in professional sports say man first player second, which basically means they prioritize team Chen when picking players up over raw skill, and it’s prob just a pattern for NRG to prioritize skill first which leads to internal issues later on
