What would happen if Cubert Academy won Ascention?

I think I came across the idea (which is a very real possibility) somewhere on Twitter and now I'm genuinely curious. What do y'all think would have to happen in order for both SEN and Cubert Academy to coexist within Franchising? Would Rob be forced to sell? Would Rito just allow it? I'm heavily leaning towards Riot forcing them to sell but I'm also curious to hear what others think.

No. If an academy team wins it all the runner up gets the slot.

I think someone told me that Academy teams can't make it to ascension... but if they do, I know they're not allowed to ascend to tier 1 so they'd end up selling the roster to another org likely

Partner team -> they ascend and partnership is ended
Academy -> they cant go to ascension and the runner up takes their slot

Cubert is the latter

Its an academy roster. Its meant to just develop players for the future not seriously compete for a t1 slot
