I don't think PRX played much worse than they usually do... I say what happened today is that DFM finally woke up. They've always had potential to be one of the best in Pacific, and I feel they kinda showed that today for the first time during Kickoff

yea i agree. tbh, it isn't rly a hot take because (on paper) coming into this season, DFM had a lot of aimers and potential to make waves.

I think PRX trolled first half of map1 especially the round where dava1 was tryna quick scope before that everything was going good and DFM just snowballed them after that

In map2 they have better comp... Good counter to PHNX comp(just before that NS won against RRQ countering phnx comp)

Dfm did bad in first series against rrq. Then they woke up. Also rrq did bad after first matcup. And some top team got fucked up after tejo came. Because they didn't adapt to new meta. Dfm adapt to it after 2 matches switch comps

I only watched the first map because I was eating at a restaurant, but PRX lost that map because of themselves. They kept missing their targets again and again.

PRX literally playing the same W gaming strat for the last 3 years. The reason that most teams were unable to defeat them is simply because the players mostly win the aim duel

I agree, especially true considering they didn't have massive discipline issues like they always do when losing and were kinda working all around the map. I do however think that there was a big lack of proactivity on Pearl defense side, but it's partly because DFM's comp would be shutting everything down. (Tbf they should have won abyss considering they lost both pistols)
