Japan doesn't have pc eSports culture. PC gaming only got some traction since like 2018. They lack that eSports foundation. Apex and val quite popular now so the scene in Japan should improve. The still need good coaches and igls tho.

DFM did the right thing when they signed korean players. They know that they could improve more with players outside their country. Unlike Zeta who has too much pride on their flag but stays as trash.

I see that PC gaming culture is a problem in many Asian countries. I remember watching some Filipino PUBG pros using smartphones with some crazy specs couple of years ago.
That being said that Zeus guy from Japan is pretty good, Japan sure has something look for in the future

I feel that too. People are asking for a seperate region for Koreans but imo other Pacific orgs will now be forced to field the best talent they can find.
