pacific kickoff

Kickoff in Apac, imo, is kinda underwhelming. Compared to EMEA, the Americas, and even China, the Pacific isn't as hyped as I once thought, despite being known for aggression. Am I just bored of the Pacific playstyle or maybe it's just the schedule ruining the experience, I'm not sure.

because no team there is atrocious -> no entertaining jail valorant, like 2g v furia or koi v tl

Their floor is high and the ceiling is low. No team has a dreaded dominator vibe

i agree. EMEA already has had upsets or near upsets, and the teams look strong so far. Americas has lots of tough matchups early on especially in the LB. china has edg and they lost once to trace which was fun to see, and it was so fast that it felt entertaining even if the game quality was lower (which it wasnt). Pacific schedule is TOO dragged out and slow... and some of the teams look like coughing babies especially ones with high expectations...

it will get hype from next week when all the bad teams are out lol

well it depends what makes watching a scene enjoyable for you.
For me it's rooting for improving teams and new/revamped teams, and pacific has several exciting teams like DRX and RRQ whose new pickup exceeded my initial expectations. For EMEA it'd be gentle mates and vitality, Americas I am delighted with G2's current form + rooting for EG, and my favorites for China were TE and XLG. So each region has their own sort of cool narratives which personally never makes me bored

For me it's been:
EMEA>China>Americas>Pacific
