GENG was never a good team even though t3xture and meteor were genuinely insane. they were only successful due to an extremely underwhelming 2024 (teams worse on average)

Im sorry GENG was a good team they may be worse now but you are crazy if you think GENG were bad last year. Meteor was the best sentinel of 2024 and the whole team played very well. The only 2 teams they lost to in internationals were the finalists of Champs and Sentinels who they lost to last grand final

No single player can be the carry for the whole season. Maybe in some crucial matches but GEN G were consistently good the entirety of last year along with Heretics. You cannot do that without a team effort. Think of premier league. Teams can win carabao cup or FA cup by peaking at the right moment or some players doing crazy shit in some matches. But you can't win the whole league without being a good unit.
