I never doubted his gameplay, but it's hard to support him when all imports now had to bother themselves comming in Japanese, hell even his current teammates all comm in Japanese. He's been in Japan for 3 years now, he should at least be able to comm half decently. If he's a coach then I understand that he needs to comm in English to convey his messages properly, but he's a player man. I'll be frank, he's more "import" than most imports here.
