shouldnt the fact that mid is untouched and unused by majority of people show it needs a fix, or the fact that the map diversity is stale and the same agents are picked and the same agents win, or the fact that theres like 3 spots on b u can hold from post plant unless u take snowman and orange because evrything else is dogshit
defenders have the same amount of time to get the same distance as attackers on offense, and its a unique map, lots of diversity and atleast in all my games its close and never feels like defense or offense is just way easier and more one sided than the other, and icebox is just objectively a bad map your in like the 1% who actually think its a good map
astra is easy compared to bloody sova who people spend ages memorisng line ups and charges to ensure perfect util and timing. astra just shits a star on the map and then chooses whether to turn it into 3 things. is like the least skill smokes at least brim and clove require u to make sure u wanna smoke there astra just says fuck u and pulls it back
Okay okay the reason everyone on here likes fracture and hates icebox is that at high level pro play, icebox because very boring and fracture becomes extremely interesting. If you're talking about ranked experience, especially like plat and below, then just individual preference is fine. And it is probably reasonable to rate icebox better than fracture for like silver level play, you're much more likely to have silvers totally lost and confused playing fracture.
That said, you're on VLR, and we mostly think about pro play here. Icebox has an absurd number of angles and positions to play, it's like a shooting gallery. There is no other map in all of Valorant or Counter Strike that has that design style.
