Everything tech related is like that here. Most people here lives with their parents for a very long time so we dont need to pay for housing, so the money young people receive goes more to hobbies i guess

If we ignore taxes, and all other bills, and everything would be free to you, you still would need to work 1 year and 4 months to pay for this.
But if we take bills and taxes at the count, 3 ~ 4 years without wasting money with anything besides bills.

Never, if we consider that Brazil is one of the countries with most taxes in the world, its so bad that exist a taxes literally called "taxes for good", who increase 50% the price of cigarattes and vapers.

Oh wow that's bad. Considering that Brazil has the most taxes , it feels like just having it existing in the country bumps up the price. at that point in 3-4 years AMD could have made a gpu at that time with the same performance but with cheaper pricing, I'd even say intel would be catching up at that point in lesser years.
