I think 70% of VALORANT coaches are clueless. By clueless I mean they can only do the basics. I think 70% of the coaches you see in Tier 1 in 5 years won't be at this level. If I had to list the best coaches right now; ENGHH, bonkar, d00mbros, Potter, mini, Alecks, kaplan, neil and weber. The rest are frauds.

I mean honestly, I can think quite a lot of other coaches than those who are actually good and have proven themselves. Ardiis might have gone mad since losing his job...
