Only one I can agree with is Jemkin
Kazakhs have a shit ton of Visa issues, and due to their high ping in Europe, it's not worth for most team to trial people from there
Something was born in the Asian side of Russia, so he wasn't that far from Japan (when he was playing in Sengoku), so it was actually a better idea if he played in Korea with PRX
