they pay for everything so its not as bad but, you would imagine that the benefit of becoming one of the best players on the planet at one of the biggest esports on the planet has a larger upside than a mcdonalds manager salary. the ecosystem isnt even amazing in tier 1 and obviously tier 2 doesnt even exist
