Different, and no defined roles, you have entry, supports, IGL, anchors, etc... but not defined roles like how you would pick a duelist.
So the role basically 1 IGL, 1 AWPER and 3 entry/duelist. Smoke/flash all 5 use it, who use it? Ask the igl
There's no defined roles so one player can fulfil the role of another if needed, also they're technically unofficial but it's pretty much:

Support
on ct side 2 of the players will play site anchor
donk is duelist except in cs entrying is the hardest role there is because you dont have special abilities
zontix sentinel as in lurker anchor
magixx sentinel as in anchor
chooper like flash initiator, he is with the entry pack, will set up donk with flashes, and sometimes will entry instead of donk
sh1ro duelist like an awper but he never goes in first. He is also like initiator because awpers are supposed to flash for riflers a lot
