Why there is age limit in vct ?

There are so many cracked players who are just sitting waiting to come of age . I mean if they can play in off season tournaments why not in vct.

i assume it has something to do with working regulations for visas for international competition

Yeah, having underage players limits the days and/or hours that they can play. Best they can play is Tier 2 to get professional experience whilst maybe scrimming with the Tier 1 team.

They can wait 18 is just fine
