doesnt matter if its an off-season tournament lmao, Imagine if a team like the mavericks were to play against some random NCAA team and lost would you just chalk it up to them just not trying or would you as a fan of both the NBA and Mavericks have some serious concerns about if the players playing on the team and the league are actually "top tier"
