after playing this new patch, i can very confidently say that the phantom clears the vandal and i will never be buying a vandal every again

i cannot debate this

it was objectively better before but the feeling of 1 taps just felt way more satisfying
now that 140 is less common I think we'll be seeing it like 70% of the time in pro play

The only map vandal can do shit is fracture and breeze. Both out of rotation atm
