I suggest finding friends who are understanding and are willing to be ur friend
for me doing something that requires a lot of attention. hopefully on something productive but it doesn't have to be. like exercising or working on a project or playing video games.
kalayav_n [#15]yeah it does feel better but i just feel even more empty after it
hmm, if possible I'd look in to getting a pet, as #2 hinted
it seems dumb at first but having a living, caring animal that depends on you to survive really makes you appreciate life more
it sounds really stupid but my dumbass cat has helped me keep my shit together at times
Kinda heavy
This is going to sound schizo asf and probably won't help but there was a point in my life where I truly felt nothing, was institutionalized, and couldn't even care enough to end it. But after a couple months something on my brain snapped and I felt like I needed to prove myself wrong and I genuinely am proud of how far I come.
Basically once you reach rock-bottom you will find meaning in becoming anything but where you were, don't worry it will get better and you will inevitably find joy
saynotoherpes [#23]Kinda heavy

Talking about shitty experiences on vlr 😁/sorry if this is to much can take it down but I find comfort in being vulnerable

Again sorry for all that but I can make suggestions to fill the time as a stopgap
stop posting on this site. Then find a new hobby that you can easily do online and watch a ton of youtube vids on it. When you first start learning something you learn really fast, then after a couple weeks you start to plateau. Just keep trying new things until you find something interesting enough to motivate you to go past the plateau period.
I've felt this before, it gets to the point of wanting to kill yourself because nothing fills that void, but find an ambition or wish so strong that gives you the will to live is the answer
start learning something new. Get some new instrument or just anything which even slightly excites you. And regardless , go out everyday to exercise/lift/walk and try out new food as much as you can. Live is worth living my friend , it is amazing!
as a fellow lev fan, im here for you
I don't i just ignore it its been working for 19 years (granted I live by the motto of doing the bare minimum and have learned to enjoy being alone)
kalayav_n [#7]i just did, i just feel empty tbh. gaming was the one trick solution but games arent even fun anymore. yk the feeling when ur on a airplane and it goes down, feels like that but just hollow
games can't be the solution you need to figure it out from within instead of looking for an escape
even if you find some other interest to keep you at bay for a while it'll just be running from it
i suggest asking yourself some harder pressing questions about where you are in life, what your goals are, etc. the external stuff you actually can do is go gym, get sunlight every day, and socialize with people IRL
