Has to be NA no? Them North American Genetics are just so much farther ahead of any region. I don't think any region even comes close to NA. Let's take a look at the top aimers in NA.

All 10 of these NA players all clear the fuck out of any emea, bumea, and ch0na player. I think it's safe to say that NA is much more superior when it comes to Aiming (also strategically but we're not talking about that). The North American Genetics once again prove why they're the best.

true, they do have good aimers, but they're overrated and are worse than the other Regions that I've mentioned.

which is why Turkey as the first thought is just delusion when NA alone has produced far superior ones, not to mention BR, CIS, SK, CN.

CIS only had a region during the 2021 season, which they made finals and won in the 2nd Masters, made finals and lost in the champions at the end of the season. The first dominating era in the game was done by Gambit. Then when the Russian politics got in the way VCT prohibited Russian orgs to house players and etc. Meaning that from then on not a single team in any region has housed more than 2 Russian players.

This means that while CIS actually existed they made finals 2 out of 3 times in international VCT T1 events. Winning one of them.
After the 2021 season there were no CIS teams.
