Champs 2026 Chengdu?

Worlds 2025 Chengdu was just announced, Worlds and Champs have followed a loose pattern the last few years:

Worlds 2022 (Mostly) USA / Champs 2023 LA
Worlds 2023 (Halfish) Seoul / Champs 2024 Seoul
Worlds 2024 (Halfish) Paris / Champs 2025 Paris

We already know Champs 2026 is going to be in China so I would expect this pattern to continue

I feel like this makes sense when you think about it since it means riot can just reuse things that they used for worlds the year before

It's weird to choose Chengdu over Chongqing since they seems to develop this city

(for League) Maybe they will do group stages in Chongqing/Shanghai since they've not kept the whole tournament in one place for a while now
