I think riot is biased. Sr won champ last year and TL brazil is grand finalist but they add 2 slots for EMEA and APAC

maybe cus for one emea is the best overall region and also cus all of APAC lit had one slot last year

EMEA won GC too and APAC is a bigger region

I think it's ok for china last year they compete with japan korea and still quilified

the match format of GCC is so ass tho they should have done something like VCT champs
