Both. I drink coffee regularly but energy drinks just hit differently. Maybe it's the sugar too

energy drinks usually have 2-3 times as much caffeine
they often have low sugar but some sugar alternative that will give you cancer or some shit
just have 2 coffees a day

If the energy drinks suppress your appetite then it's not that bad. If you're drinking energy drinks every day AND eating a lot of garbage you're cooked

Just make ur coffees with 2-3 shots of instant and that has at least as much as an energy drink

The problem is good coffee costs the same as energy drinks

aspartame, aculfesame, and sucralose have all been cleared through rigorous studies (100+) that identify zero carcinogenicity and otherwise negative health effects when used within recommended daily values. Energy drinks do not exceed these values when drank once or twice a day. I would hazard the greatest concern regarding kidney/liver associated with energy drink abuse (4+ drinks a day).

if you like the carbonation, i would suggest switching to flavored sparkling water or seltzer water and see if that helps the energy drink addiction. i drank way less soda that way. it might not work for you but it’s worth a try

Carbonated water actually helped me with soda addiction before. I guess there's something else in energy drink I crave for

start drinking non espresso coffee then tea. just slowly decrease the amount of caffeine you intake daily. trust me you don’t want to get pots or something like that lol

as long as you’re under 400 mg of caffeine a day, you’ll be fine. maybe an energy drink every other day instead of daily to help you wean off of it if you want?

Doesn't feel the same and taste not as good T__T but I'm also starting to think how much I be spending on coffee/energy drinks, so I'mma try sticking with instant coffee xd
