Can someone explain why EMEA has way more spots in this event than other regions, like I know that they almost always have more spots but usually its only like 2 spots not 4, while other regions like NA only get 1 or APAC only gets 2, it just seems a little biased to EMEA is all.

1. CN have 0 slots, its insane ; atleast invite someone to international playins
2. Pacific has 1 slot btw lol
