Why do you think the only way to improve is by making roster changes? The players are young and can develop through experience and playing in Tier 1. Constant changes aren’t sustainable in the long run, and even if changes are made, what are the chances of success? Focusing on player growth is a much better path to improvement than simply shuffling the roster.
