i don't really have an answer im sorry. i only recently started using aim trainers like aimlabs but my hs has always been good. i have like 2500 hours on the game across a few accounts so many a lot of it is just crosshair placement. just try to think when shooting, dont spray unless appropriate

for me clove is more of a mental shift, i don't have to worry about playing my life anymore so now i just fight everything with my teammates with supreme confidence

clove is a trash agent but playing them immediately turns you into a ranked demon it’s crazy
