for me i dont really mind as GE is showing promising t2 talent and TS is sticking with a roster that was just recently formed and went 4-0 in group stages. Definitley excited to see the Old Guard vs the potential.

mineski hasnt fielded a team since the dota 2019 squad. I believe they are more focused on organizing tournaments instead of making esports teams

tryke has signaled he wanted to enter valo but with franchising and tier 2 being a mess i think he believes that its not worth getting into. However, with SEA being consolidated i think there might be a chance.
