I’m truly amazed how Global Esports manages to downgrade their roster every year compared to the previous one. While other teams improve GE move backward. This is clearly a management(CEO) issue and Riot should take action. Their budget roster approach is compromising the competitive integrity of the league..
fr.. this roster might be good for Ascension but it's not competitive enough for the league. Realistically Boom and DFM are the only teams they have a good chance of beating..
Rossi and LF are not the best Indian players but the GE CEO always uses them as examples to justify having foreign players on the team..

Only 11 Indian players from all over the country take part in tryouts . In Indian scene there’s not much trust in GE management and everyone knows the owner has a thing for foreigners which puts a lot of players off from trying out.Last year the GE owner even claimed that selecting Indian players would hurt the league's competitive integrity and went ahead to sign Russ and Polvi.
They were selected through open tryouts, so no one can complain now.

Dude is literally surrounded by yesmen. What do you expect? The whole company is made up of friends and former ge players ,yesmen. They can't tolerate differing opinions, not even in his Discord. So you can imagine how they are running this org..
True but the GE owner lacks self respect and doesn't care about Indian fans he will do whatever his delusional mind thinks is right.

GE always seems to take one step forward and two steps back by signing players like this.
What comparison? They don’t even have Indian players so how can there be any comparison? Are we comparing org? First let Indian players actually compete then we can talk about making comparisons.
Only 11 players from all over India applied for the GE open tryouts that's because everyone in the scene knows the GE owner has a bad reputation. He tends to favor foreign players and overlook Indian talent. Many believe the open tryouts were just for show allowing him to claim he gave everyone a fair chance though his intentions were never genuine.why People think indian talent=Rossi,lf ..they both has been with GE for the past five years and washed long back the org never gives opportunities to outsiders. and how can they conduct fair tryouts when players are competing with 10 ping vs 80?
The Spanish and French eSports scenes are already well developed but in India it’s just starting and we need support. India needs heroes of its own. If GE doesn’t give opportunities to Indian players how are we ever going to have that? Look at DFM they go 0-10 every year yet they still give chances to their own players that's how they got meiy. Why can’t GE do the same? Isn’t it their responsibility to support the Indian scene? That’s the whole reason they got the slot in the first place.
At this point, no one cares about GE. Riot should kick them out of the league. What's the point of keeping them in if they’re doing nothing for the Valorant scene in India? In fact they are killing it. Boom should get the slot instead. For the average Indian fan, it doesn’t matter if it’s GE or Boom neither has an Indian representative anyway.

Global eSports is the biggest reason for this downfall. There was a time when Indians used to say Kick Kappa and Hellranger and import good players. Prime Rossi lF was good( i know it's hard to believe but he used to diff texture and meteor) and even Skillz was decent. If only back then they had kicked Kappa hellranger the whole scene might have been different. The GE owner didn’t listen to the fans then and he is still not listening now. When we asked for imported players he ignored us . now we’re asking for Indian players and he still won’t listen. This org and the Indian Valorant scene are bound to fail because of people like Rushindra Sinha.
