Hmm this ones a bit tricky but seeing your tracker and your comment I think a controller would answer what you're looking for? You particularly dont look like you enjoy reading your enemies but have a history of fragging out so I think you could maybe go on the direction of a controller who can do both! You can use those boring reads of yours and put them to action with outplays a smoker could usually do especially omen with his teleport. I may be wrong but I hope this works out for you.

Looking at your answers think playing sentinel would be the best for you for now. I think you just need to know timings more than anything and i recommend you watch some sentinel(role) streams and question yourself why does x person does y things

I need a little bit more follow up questions:

Based on your KAST it seems like you're having trouble getting traded or trading. How oftern do you die early on? Am assuming you are mostly dying due to solo anchoring or lurking.
How do you play out your round if enemy had full buy and you only have 3900 Credits

-Map guides
My key to gaining map awareness is usually just put yourself in your enemies shoes and try to "guess" preround where the enemies are. Once you have that guess; I want you to think of a plan to either stall hard enough for your teamates to come in site or get early info or proactivley push the emtpy space the enemy will be giving.
(How you chooese between pushing(taking space) or regrouping with team:
100% If your teamates see 5/5 players in that side of the map you will 100% take the space given and try to time your lurk or find a spot where you can passivley get info for your team
80% If you know its a 4-1 Setup in which you can punish the lurker by doing one and done spots or offangles as you know they're solo
50/50: This is where you from previpus rounds have to just stay alive most of the time orgamble into pushing for space but usually you would just want to juggle for info and once you spot you go back to site and delay and Live(Living is gery important as it allows your team to not get easily lurked on later on and forces enemy to spam util upon entry.

Other than that the map knowledge is mostly based on experience and different agents being played as some spots cannot be accessed by a certain agent as its a certain death spot.

For attack side you want to take note of everytjing even the obvious. I want you to just comm what you know early on to yourself or your team. I find this usually makes you think more and be aware overall as a player.

Aim train
-My aim usually is just from how i position my crosshair but if you really want that flicky primmie aim I think a warmup in range bots shooting 100 then going to hard mode with sheriff is what I do but in general with agents flying and dashing around the util being used usually isnt present in aim training making it hard to transfer your aim into game itself as rarely do they just dry swing you. So i reccomend either playing around in kovaks with a playlist for it or for just Valorant go in the new skirmish 2v2 as it has abilities in it with teamate that could also help ypu be aware of taking fights with team or vs 2 alone.

Sorry if this doesnt help but my most important advice is to always remember to have fun as if you pay this game with 0 fun you just learn to be frustrated instead of improvijg your own skills. Make sure to say NT and GG to keep up the mental!
