Thats that people are saying they need to nerf neons ult somehow if that means making it more ult orbs so be it. Also for an ult that cost 9 orbs it should make a team rotate
Also phx ult has a time limit and you can find his starting position and just sit and wait for his ult to end or him to die and then kill him again.

Probably not but I think it would be fair then, but I think they need to make the torso multiplier a little lower and then it would make the ult a little more fair
