I feel like there are better options like a certain someone in a certain EG who can work with any roster in the world and any style needed
But maybe that's just me and maybe I am just not smart enough to see the good news
nobody___100 [#2]potter staying with EG to play with yay
Nah that's just an example
Lots of other coaches all around the world to choose from and they re-sign Alecks
Just a bit strange but oh well
CarnageBTC [#4]only alecks can handle the prx players .... there is literally no other coach in this world who can do that
But are the players they have right now really the best they can build
So much talent around man
Prx really need a discipline and mental coach everytime they overpeek in scrims they get a bucket of cold water poured on them or something.
When it comes to alex i think he did fine with his team agents pool but replacing monyet with jing especially when monyet was playing well at the end of madrid was a bad decision
Ngl erasure as ac would do good he played a pretty similar style in Rare atom and could help alex out a bunch

Imo the only reason PRX have any sort of regional success is because they play in Pacific where there is literally no competition
The second competition came last year, they fumbled
Speaks a ton really

can u name any players who can overpeek and overheat like them 100% of the time ?
Aayan [#5]He's proven that he can make a decent team, good but I think he needs an AC or someone to help him and the team get that last little push
But decent isn't good enough if they want to win anything internationally is it

They firepower there way through pacific only to be exposed in international.but this time i feel its different i hope

Overheating isn't a good thing tho
You literally have the EDGs of the world who can replicate what PRX can do but better
At that point, what is the point of your aggression if you are losing at gunplay

Well Jinggg is not learning anything that's for sure from the looks of it
So absolute cinema

they replaced monyet because
Monyet should have replaced mindfreak because monyet was such a good controller, and i feel that mindfreak lacked the consistency.

yes but prx wont understand that....W gaming is their branding....no W gaming, no PRX
I feel like PRX will be like one of those teams who would never win anything but will go down as one of the most popular/memorable teams in history

Yea I feel that too
Like Belgium in football
Best team on paper never own up to anything in game
ntgonext [#15]they replaced monyet because
- It was the raze meta and monyet wasn’t confident on raze
- Jinggg was a top 3 raze/ duelist before he had to take a break
- Jinggg and the team has built up years of chemistry
Monyet should have replaced mindfreak because monyet was such a good controller, and i feel that mindfreak lacked the consistency.
"B-But he is Mr Cold 🥶 🥶🥶🥶 "
Denjisideals [#10]But decent isn't good enough if they want to win anything internationally is it
Yeah, which is why I think an AC or performance coach will help. Winning anything internationally is a lot further away than making it out of groups and that's what they should be focusing on first.

Brutal but true
Nachtel [#23]alecks is the only coach in VCT that is also part of his org's management team; not really a surprise
Who would've thought

You can't just take a break and come back with peaks from your previous season they should have had forsaken on raze monyet on smokes and MF on senti his play style suits the senti role.
Also bringing a player mid season ruins all the strats you prepared with monyet so they had to run last years comps at the end of season

firstly, if you kept up with the team you’ll know forsaken was uncomfortable on raze
on top of the team/role you’re suggesting, PRX would also require 2 initiators, and smth is only proficient on gekko and kinda alright on breach.
back then it was the raze meta so majority of the maps required raze, by putting forsaken on raze = forcing smth to play a more passive role/ learn new agents which doesn’t make sense.
bringing back jinggg was the most feasible idea since he was a proven raze player and played at the highest levels. i think the team knows that by putting jinggg back in it ruins some of the gameplan but it was a risk they took which in hindsight may have been bad but at that point other pros also saw jinggg’s return as an upgrade.
MF should have been replaced by monyet, and jinggg to return as the duelist that was what i felt even back then. All the talk about monyet returning to form was because he got to play controller, and from what i saw he was more proficient and consistent than MF.
