who are some talents from 2021/2022 who didn't make franchising or didn't do well in franchising

tbf yeah he was decent and some blame has to be accredited to his team, but I think his lows were really low. I don't think I've heard of him getting picked up in this offseason but if a spot opens up somewhere mid season I think he can still cut it in tier 1

He was the famous 'Korean Raze'. Sad he didn't make it to franchise. His raze when he was in F4Q was insane.
