Whats the roster

currently the rumors are
Derke (Duelist)
Less (Sentinel)
Sayf (smokes + igl, this one we are unsure about but he's been spamming smokes in ranked)
Trexx (init)
Jampii (Flex)

(obv i could be wrong about this, there are multiple rumors this is just one of them)

I’m sorry bro but I think this is kinda dumb

You can’t rlly tell which coaches are good vs bad unless you have a lot of info about them. Maybe u can assume he’s not great, but you can’t say for sure, and I wouldn’t use it as a genuine critique of the team

He is also a newer coach, this was his first year coaching and he created a team (I believe he was involved in choosing players) and took them to ascension, top 2 in his region. They looked better as the year went on, and I feel like issues weren’t obvious. Tsm played meta comps regularly and their biggest issue was a fundamental executing flaw (throwing) which I think is more of an issue with the players than the coach.

The only thing I can possibly infer that wasn’t very good about him was that they flip flopped haven comps. Using neon one game and Jett the next and then going back to neon. I don’t like that because I think it shows a lack of identity and lack of belief that his idea is the best

All in all I don’t think it’s fair to judge coaches, especially young ones who there isn’t much info about

Agreed, unfair to cast judgement on a coach without knowing anything about him. Apparently, he has an insane work ethic and everyone he's worked with speaks highly of him. If Vitality took the time to scout and hire him over more established coaches, he must be pretty good.
