I don't really get the hate for the org by it's own fans. Well yeah their CEO can act like a clown sometimes but if you really talk about the professional aspects. They let monyet and t3xture go without causing any fuss when they wanted to leave, they don't try to hold in players in contract jails. Have always treated their players well both in and out of val. Never heard any complaints about them messing up when it comes to paying their staff either. Hating and asking them to be removed just because they don't think a majority Indian player squad would be good enough to produce good results in Tier 1 val is some wildly braindead take.

GE is not indian enough to be loved Indian
Too Indian so its hated by racists(alot in apac sadly)
Annoying enough fanbase to be hated by people
Yet also have the most toxic fanbase that will bully the players if they dare have a bad game
Also they have a very incompetent and nepotistic management and have a mindset that scraps leftover from Na/eu is better than any pacific player(Whydf would you import Russ and polvi, there are atleast 10 better player in their roles in Pacific alone)

I literally wrote the exact reasons why they are not incompetent management wise. Plus regarding player recruits they put their trust on their management(Coach) Spin. Other than that there's no other org in India that's close to being as good as GE when it comes to providing facilities to their players.. They were out there flying their players out to SEA just so they can have better ping competing in the APAC challengers before Franchising. The only ones bringing them down are their players.
Their year one team was genuinely really good players. Monyet and texture were in hindsight world class player and Ayrin is still someone who went to champs and finished 5/6.
The problem was they put Rossi on perma jett. Thats a management problem. Rossi doesn't mind playing init, he does that in vclsa 2024 even though he's good enough to play jett without getting punished in SA as proven in the past.
Idk about other indian orgs though, you might be right about that. But ge management is genuinely stupid
Treating people well does not mean you can build a team or not nepotistic
GE lost their first 3 games that season with T3xture on jett. When Rossi came in and started on jett they won 2-0 against Talon and GENG and had a 2-1 loss to PRX where Rossi was promising. So you can't blame the coaches after that to put their faith on him as Jett. He did start choking by the end of the season but that's a different story. Point being Rushindra didn't put a gun to the head of GE coaches asking them to play SKrossi as jett. If they were really that prideful over their own players they wouldn't be hated today for not having enough indians in the team. You're entirely simplifying their first season down to one thing.
Responding to your recent edit : How are they nepotistic exactly? They kicked rossi after their first season and then put faith on Spin for the next season and he brought in Russ and Polvi. It would be nepotism if Polvi/Russ had previous ties with GE making Rushindra force Spin into bringing them into the team. It's not nepotism when a coach brings in a player he feels comfortable with.

Ge do not develop indian talent(1 indian player on the team) nor do they bring viewership that India could have brought(top viewed matches in pacific are always Zeta,PRX and DFM) . So they failed. So whats the point of GE being there? Might as well bring an Indian team that plays 5 indians (or 3 indian and 2 others, revenant was decent) and go 0-11 from riot's point of view. Atleast that brings in viewership
Tldr : Dfm brings viewership, Zeta bring viewership. The rest are competitive. Ge and Bleed does neither
did you forget the first 3 games t3xture played duelist that season was against a solid Zeta, decent T1 and DRX that was coming out of champs 2022 and lockin with 3rd place? lost 1-2 to T1 and Zeta and had 2 close maps against DRX all while being positive on first kills to first death? Every single Rossi game except vs GENG he had negative FK, while t3xture and monyet had far more FK attempts and wins than him are you dumb?
I was not making a point about if t3xture would have been a better jett or not. Of course he is a better player. My point was after losing 3 games when they started playing well in the next 3 games against TLN, GENG, PRX with him on jett "you can't blame" the coaches for sticking with what was working for the last 3 games. When he started underperforming and GE lost the playoff battle they kicked him out for the next season, it's very cut and dry. Idk why you're being so hostile about it as if there were 20-25 matches in the season. It was only 9 games out of which he played 6 and underperformed in 2 (RRQ,TS).. They chose to have faith on him for the one LCQ game after the break because he again showed promise against DFM towards the end of the season but he disappointed and that was the last straw so they didn't keep him for the next season. The Org would have been at fault management wise if they still chose to keep Rossi for playing jett this season too which they didn't so I don't understand the criticism.
Well again the roster moves are a Coach thing and the player personality a player one. And lots of orgs faltered at player recruits and have had bad seasons, well they didn't even have a bad roster the first time, it's just it didn't work out. TH, KC were horrible season 1 but managed to turn it around the next year so it's not that big of a deal ig.

RRQ only filled one Indonesian player at the start of partnership. They got backlash for it and even rumored to be 'scolded' by Riot. Soon after, they announced 2 more Indonesian players on the roster, and let go two of the Philippines players that they just recently announced; some still don't like them, but the hate subsided.
Personally i think of 2 reasons 1st is the very low representation of indian players while being an and the only indian org in tier 1 VCT and secondly I might get hate for this but me being an Indian i have seen avg to above avg number of Indians to be really toxic towards their own team if they like ..... loss even once in a match of any kind of sports may it be football,hockey,cricket(especially) and even Esports just watch any esports tourney when they are winning they be like i am proud to be an Indian and when they lose these players are shit they should be ashamed of themselves as Indians etc ... Again i am not saying all Indians are like that but i have seen many being an ass
GE ran out of money during the 1st year of franchise itself, leading to payment delays. That was however, something not under their control. They ran out of the limit the Government set that you can transfer from Indian bank to a foreign country.
GE's fanbase is divided. They won't take Indian players since they don't want to perform bad. The SEA+imports they got didn't perform well either.
I however my take is, all this doesn't matter. GE needs to succeed with international/SEA players and garner some international fanbase outside of India. India being a low income economy doesn't help them. Indian valorant viewership isn't huge. They had among the lowest bundle sales. This will eventually matter the most to Riot. Performance was never the criteria for franchise initially.
