wondering the same, unless you have a top roster from the start in order to win championships your money just goes down and down every season you fail to win Masters or Champs events. I don't even know if it's possible to ever be successful with a smaller org, unless you just get insane RNG luck

I think most if not all players start with lowish ratings, it's just that the best ones have higher potential. Like aspas literally starts out with a rating of 74 lol, but he has a potential of 90. Or Mazino who just had a pretty good year has a rating of 62 and only 76 potential, for some reason

its a work in progress, the first beta. I think the more feedback the better, (i also think its 1 guy working on it but i could be wrong)

its a management sim game yeah. you're the GM of the team, sign players etc. games are simmed based on player "stats" (you can 'watch' games and see how rounds play out)

also a lot of good teams go terrible because they pick up a retired tier 3 bot with a .5 k/d
