how tf do you guys bench press so much wtf im almost a year into it and Ican't go past 60 kgs wtffff. My dumbbell press is stronger tho, can do like 30kg dumbbells each side. I did stop benching with bar tho a lot of times. Only started again past month, that maybe it... Not staying consistent with it
