Dsyre is comfortably a top 5 team in eu's tier2, with easily the best coach outside of tier 1.
unfortunately riot despises fair competition and will collapse the tier 2 structure of Italy and Portugal next year,
TH will buy Dsyre's team and form an academy team, which will most likely be based in Spain and have an easier ascension path than they would out of Italy,
this seemingly means the players will be able to keep showcasing their talents, also under a big team's banner,
TH gets a very good academy team that can, if handled well, easily feed their first team

Spanish Italian and Portuguese players will be regional. But the players who were regional because they had played 2 splits in Spain/Italy/Portugal I don’t know how that’s gonna work
They could either reset the rule and start counting again, count only 2 splits in Spain, or count them all. No clue what they will go for
