Emerald Rogue 2 just released and is fun af if you havent played it already
Radical Red on the harder difficulties is a standard one if you wanna burn weeks of your life
Unbound is cool af too

thats the best Rom Hacks I can think of from the top of my head

any drayano mods are good if you like base games with just a bit of change and more challenge

Emerald Kaizo hands down for me. It's genuinely so much fun to play and I love it.

Pokemon Run and Bun is really cool as well, with a lot more tactical fights.

However, both of these games are very hard.
