no for signing i believe they are eligable to be first team when they are 16+ unless its only certain countries because i remember adnan januzaj my goat was 16 literally playing first team football for united as well

Fer (Lev CEO) said in an interview (in spanish) about the roster that Derke is out of contention (min 33:12). In that interview he talked a bit about tryouts, the market, a possible academy and said that the aspas situation (and maybe the roster) will be stablished by October 1st (min 22:12)
