Import rules in both APAC and CN as a Russian even if he's likely from the Asian part of Russia. He only left XLG as part of an agreement during signing in order for Rarga to stay, that plus stupid management picking a duelist over an igl. As for why he left ScarZ I dunno, doubt it's a toxicity thing but probably also a language barrier thing

i know about the language barrier and import rules, i just mean he should have a job in a cozy apartment in berlin instead of playing ascension every year and spendiing off season in a cold cabin outside of Vladivostok
