Why am i queuing frankfurt and getting 4 turkish teammates who dont speak english once

A lot of turkish immigrants in Germany
So some turks you're finding are actually in Germany or they want to be close to other Turkish people without the craziness of Istanbul servers (I imagine)

It's not only Turkish players in my experience, I often see people with 100+ ping on London servers, and they aren't queued with someone who has low ping which means they specifically picked London for some reason
