T2 plyrs powerhouse region Korea and singapore has military service and language issues.
Japan too has language issues.
Very limited Pacific talent because of such reasons.

the same thing I heard from Korean Fans about Texture but because of circumstances it didn't work out and really the Korean fans were true he was a beast, the same thing can happen to Juv and Kam1 who knows
