by far NRG
no matter how good an NRG team looks dont forget how fucking ass this org is

these are the past NRG rosters btw:

2020: Effys, s0m, daps, eeiu, koler, didnt even make main event of firtst strike
2021: Tex, eeiu, daps, s0m, ANDROID, did absolutely nothing
2022: tex, eeiu, s0m, hazed, ethan(this team looks like they could win a masters tbh), did nothing all year
2023: S0m, FNS, Crashies, Victor, Ardiis, best finish was fourth and got kncoked out in groups by BLG at champs
2024: Demon1, Ethan, Marved, Victor, Crashies, absolute shit

they have literally had 3-4 super teams and outside of daps, koler, infinite, shanks, wedid and android every single player they have ever had is arguably a top 20 NA player ever, yet they have won absolutely nothing

this org is cursed to mediocrity

that's still not true, 2024 is literally the only year where they were really overrated
2022 they were pretty much irrelevant and no one gave 2 shits about them, 2023 people were saying they lost their 2 best players and they weren't being put in S tier by most at the beginning of the year

and i only think like 3 of their players had their best time on nrg. on a technicality for some who only ever played in nrg. if u remove those its like maybe only koler who mightve peaked on darkzero. and android but he only played for one other team

for an org which has gone thru so many players almost none have peaked with nrg

the optic core is completely dissolved now so it’s just him carrying the whole org (also demon1 since he’s pretty popular and has good streams too)

I think every pro team podcast I've seen is pretty awkward but NRG's even more so, there's so many more interesting things they can do for content like simply short form QnAs (with actually interesting val related questions) but instead they're mostly just doing podcasts and tiktok adjacent content.

the only video I can think of in recent memory that was entertaining was the fiverr coach one

nrg’s content wasn’t always this bad, but it was more centered around their rocket league team (which was the best in the region at the time) and after they fell off then their content went with it

i guess their content team got dropped because their replacement is doing a pretty dogshit job LOL
