Tbf it's easier to organize this kind of thing in China and they have the means to do so whereas I don't know whether emea can do that.

Doesn't matter, Chinese events have always had the best tech available in all the games, look at Dota or CS, they never have past gen cpus in their Lan pcs for example, meanwhile pgl major quals had a 5800 instead of a 7800x3d
