What's taking Riot so long to release the replay system? Even Deadlock has got a replay system in its beta phase.

Riot are allergic to a replay system. Valve are allergic to an anti cheat and the number 3
on god like i dont even need a full csgo type replay system i swear even just a recording of all 10 povs would be good enough for like 90% of what i want to do
Nah with all this time they are taking to make one, it better be a good one. No half ass clipping software like on the chinese client
ik it better be freaking good
im just wondering why in the past 4 years why riot couldn't have released a stopgap replay system which is just the 10 povs
like in officials, we know riot already records the povs
why can't they release those so that we can watch them?
Is it possible that the POVs we see during broadcast are just OBS recordings of the game :D
humanity landed on mars, gta 7 was released, cure to cancer was found, global warming was stopped, cs and val fans still argue in youtube shorts comments over anti cheat and replay system still missing
Either Riot is having technical problems making one or they have not dedicated any time towards it. It is kind of unnacceptable for a professional esport in this day and age to lack an in-client replay system, especially one as strat-heavy as Valorant.
How long has it been since they mentioned they were working on it? It feels like they just said that to lessen the heat on every youtube comment section begging for replay system
They hyped everyone up about it and mobile version at masters madrid. Neither of the two has been released.
game wasnt built with replay system in mind because it would probably delay the game very heavily, will take a while to find a way for it to work with the unique ways they developed valorant (systems to combat hacking and systems to reduce latency)
