what’s with the asuna hate?

i’m genuinely trying to figure that out, like yeah i guess he got a lot of hype at the beginning of the game and didn’t live up to it but i don’t think he’s as bad as people make it seem to be, his kayo is great and he’s also good at raze except when he’s playing on lotus, his gekko and skye are also good. i think he’s done better for himself this year than last year where the entire team was super dysfunctional

I theorize almost all hate to a player stems from fans glazing the shit out of that player and the player not living up to it, it’s completely undeserved

I think its because sen and 100t hate each other and sen has more fans + ig other non sen/100t fan like sen better so they just agree with them
Asuna having bad games and then having a decent year (2023) just made it worst even tho he was top 2 in acs on raze during 2023 season

asuna is good, but if 100t look for flex upgrades, there are definitely better options they can consider
