Best pro warmup routine?

Hi VLR.

I am currently diamond 1 (ascendant 1 peak), but I want to go pro some day. I think it's time to take my warmup routine to the next level. This is what I have cooked up:

  1. Range hard bots until 30/30
  2. Deathmatch until 2 wins
  3. TDM until I drop 40+ kills
  4. Swiftplay until I meet at least one e-girl and she adds me back
  5. At least two comp games on my bronze smurf account (for confidence boost)

Just yesterday, I beat syfi (current #99 NA) in a deathmatch. Pretty shameful of him to lose to a diamond 1 if you ask me. https://tracker.gg/valorant/match/c784fa2c-60be-4fe2-a703-f95bcef564e3

The Shanks warmup routine gotta be number 1. Aspas and Woot are the number 1 and 2 users of it so that should tell you all yoy need to know

I have this issue where one day I destroy, but the next day is just wiff after wiff. Yasterday I won every single match and was like 20rr from diamond, I was also top fragging most of them, last game on ascent I got 35 kills and carried by myself as no one was even close. My aim was legit immortal level as I hit all shots. Today, however, I played 4 games, lost all of them with the average k/d of like 0/8. My warmup was the same as always. My mouse grip was the same, chair height, room temp I even wore the same socks, but God damn did my aim suck. And this was not the only time, this is a consistant thing that happens in all games like CS as well.
